Micah currently acts as Environmental Permitting Lead for Westwood's Renewables Division and has over 18 years of experience within the renewables industry. She has conducted due diligence studies and permitting reviews on hundreds of wind, solar, battery, and transmission projects across the US.
Her experience with wetlands, wildlife, cultural, and overall permitting issues compliment her experience in siting/development process. Micah's understanding of how hydrological, geotechnical, civil, electrical and survey tie into project siting and the development process is key to keeping projects on schedule and avoiding surprises further in the development process.
