Emily Dalecki is an analyst in the Policy Analysis Group at NREL. Emily’s areas of expertise include renewable energy policy and program analysis; providing technical assistance on community solar program design; identifying drivers of soft cost reduction for solar installations;researching permitting, inspection, and interconnection best practices; and identifying opportunities for increased local solar adoption.
