Alicia Santucci boasts over five years of comprehensive experience in environmental projects across the United States. With a solid academic foundation in environmental policy, Ms. Santucci is well-versed in navigating key environmental regulations, including Section 7 of the Endangered Species Act, Section 404 of the Clean Water Act, and Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. Ms. Santucci has successfully overseen more than 150 projects requiring NEPA compliance and has led formal consultations with local, state, and federal agencies, tribal and cultural entities, and the public. Her field experience includes conducting wetland delineations, threatened and endangered species habitat assessments, bird count surveys, invasive plant surveys, species specific surveys, and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. Additionally, Ms. Santucci specializes in construction-stage due diligence, with extensive experience in conducting environmental construction monitoring, preparing environmental and cultural management plans, and delivering environmental worker awareness training at active solar and wind construction sites.
