For nearly 15 years, Rebecca has focused her career on advising renewable energy developers, attorneys, lenders, and other industry professionals on environmental due diligence in support of wind, solar, transmission, storage, and other land development projects across North America. Prior to becoming a consultant, Rebecca was employed as a brownfield specialist for a Tribal government in northern Michigan. She received a bachelor's degree in hydrogeology from Central Michigan University and a graduate certificate in sustainable environmental planning from the University of Connecticut.
Rebecca is currently the Associate Market Leader for Renewable Energy at ECT and has supported project development on private and public land in 43 states. She is regarded as an expert at environmental risk mitigation strategies and continuing obligations assessments. In her role at ECT, Rebecca advises renewable energy clients on brownfield redevelopment processes and financial incentive resources.
