With over 20 years of professional experience, Ms. Drake provides environmental consultation and management services for environmental projects requiring compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (CWA), the Clean Air Act (CAA), the Endangered Species Act (ESA), Sections 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), and state and tribal regulations. Ms. Drake's expertise includes creating NEPA documents: Categorical Exclusions (CE), Environmental Assessments (EA), and Environmental Impact Statements (EIS). For projects anchored by a federal nexus, Ms. Drake makes recommendations to proponents based on potential significant environmental impacts, evaluating proposed actions in terms of environmental impacts, serving as a liaison with agency regulators, and facilitating public comment meetings. Ms. Drake's expertise also includes Section 106 compliance of the NHPA such as archaeological and historic preservation consulting services, state and federal agency consultation, tribal consultation, and National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) evaluations.
